Hey Mike,
I just got a note from a guy named Scott that directed me to your web site.  I've practically stayed up all night reading EVERY WORD.  I'm the guy that just bought the 1968 40 footer on ebay from boatangels located at a marina in St Charles MO.  I live in Cape Girardeau MO and have a brewery/restaurant business on the Mississippi River called the Buckner Brewing Co.  I'm excited about going to work on this great project and I haven't even seen her yet!!!  Bought sight unseen.  I'm hoping to go up tomorrow and start making my list.  I just received my bill of sale this AM. Your web site has given me great encouragement because I know very little about these things but am not afraid to tackle any project.  I'm glad you have the "before" pictures of my River Queen from the ebay listing.  I hope to send you pictures of the after and maybe some of the steps along the way.  I've got a lot of cleaning, sanding, and painting to do.
Thanks for keeping up the site.  If you ever get out to Missouri, I make the beer at Buckners and it's on me.
